As compared to our stays, where we found some of the staff aloof and too cool for school, this time all the staff were efficient and friendly.the hotel is beautiful and has a lot of history behind it. A fantastic outing for the family as the kids have their own playground with slides, a swing and other fun things onsite. Dip your toes in water surrounded by works of art. great staff. I will also share your lovely comments with all our team and more especially Quentin. Has a restaurant on premises, but we didn't eat there. Again very nice staff. The property is compared to the industry standard and scored based on price, facilities and services offered. For a 5 Star hotel the prices is reasonable.

Quick, efficient. While the hotel is by no means up to a four star hotel standards - paper cups, minimal towels, no hair dryer (they are known for their pool), basic room amenities.. it is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was very weak without the possibility to get the temperature in the room lower than 25 degrees. Nice staff at the bar in the evening.
