Just turning 20, this film is as good as it ever was! Jack Black is hilarious, one of his better roles. An adaptation of Nick Hornby's novel "High Fidelity".

That's what I thought until I watched this film for the second time. If you like a slow film-house film with no suspense en a happy ending - I say go for it. A favorite of mine, I’d recommend any Nick Hornsby adapted for the screen and rarely find myself falling into the cliched “ the book was better” stance.

Nick Hornby’s book was set in London, which explains its very ‘Blighty’ feel. Hornby's book comes to life fantastically with John Cusack taking the lead roll with great humour and timing as main character Rob. If they broke up again, Rob would again still be obsessed of Laura sleeping with others and it just feels like little character growth was made.

I've seen this before and already have it on VHS but I thought that this was one film I'd also like to have a copy of in a different format. Wanted it in my collection! The movie, this is not.
