We had lunch in La Tour des Sens last September and the experience was amazing in every way: all our senses were stimulated (sight, smell, taste, etc.) Despited having opened only 15days earlier and with a fully booked restaurant (approx 25 couverts), the service was fluent and nearly flawless. The new young chef (less than 6 months) is talented. The appetiser (mise en bouche) gratin dauphinois re-invented was uninspiring with too much garlic and we thought we made a mistake but then when the first course came we were immediately saw what the chef was capable for and were very pleased till the end.
